Returns

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase.  All items must be returned in like-new, resellable condition using an insured, traceable shipper at your expense.  Electronics must be unopened and complete.  All electronics will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds will be made via the same method original payment was made once the initial transaction has cleared, less any shipping and handling charges.

Warranty Policy

We warrant all goods sold free from defects in workmanship or usability within 30 days of purchase.  Some items may have a longer warranty period and they are indicated in the item description. 

Warranty claims should be made by contacting us at storesales@ftsconventures.com.  In the email, include your original order number as well as information about the product you'd like to replace.  We will then issue you an RMA number.  You must then ship back to us, at your cost, the item within 7 business days via an insured, traceable carrier of your choice. 

Once received, we will inspect the item tro ensure it has not been tampered with or otherwise abused or misused.  If the item is determined to be faulty, we may choose at our discretion to either replace the item with an identical or like item or, if the item is discontinued, refund your money for the item.  We will not refund shipping and handling charges.
